Oliver was voted the best Captain by the Virgin Islands Charter Boat League for the years of 1990 and 1991. A native West Indian, from St. Lucia and was educated in Europe. Oliver knows these waters, bays and cays like no other. His knowledge of island lore, cultural information and shore side facilities is a valuable resource for guests, while his polite charm and wit are a constant source of enjoyment.
Oliver is an avid sailor and a patient teacher. Searching out deserted anchorages for the best in snorkeling and dive areas is a particular specialty. He believes that fun, exploration, good sailing, and gourmet meals are what cruising and chartering are all about.
Chef Judy Kalanta grew up on the Great Lakes where she learned to love the water and pleasure boating at an early age. She has worked at nationally acclaimed restaurants in Aspen, Boston and Cleveland. The Baricelli Inn in Cleveland was voted one of the fifty best restaurants in the country in 2001 by gourmet magazine. While there she cooked with guest chefs from around the world. She is looking forward to serving you meals that are both delicious as well as nutritious and visually appealing. Judy is also an avid diver and photographer. This is Judy’s fourth year as a charter chef in the Caribbean.
